  • Perfect for that lunch sweat sesh!

    This class is heated to 42 degrees and will take you through 3 postures postures followed by 3 vinyasa flows throughout the class. This is a great class for building strength and working on your flows. Followed with some gentle stretching and finishing practice with a juicy savasana.

  • This class incorporates all the same aspects as our Hot Flow class, with less intensity! Practiced in a heated space, strengthen, stretch, and relax your entire body in this class. This is a great class for beginners/ intermediate practitioners or anyone looking for a more gentle flow. Get ready to slow it down, wring it all out and prepare for the week ahead.

  • This hot flow class is an opportunity for you to join us and experience being in the c+s community. Heated to 42, this all-level class is taughy by a new teacher to our studio and is donation based- with a $10 minimum recommended. Every month we will donate the proceeds to a local charity.

  • A sequence of free flowing movements synchronized with breath to generate heat in the body. Vinyasa flow has momentum which requires concentration, endurance and mobility. It feels like a dance and each class has a rhythm of its own. Welcome to all levels and in 42 degrees.

  • The Modo Yoga sequence is an accessible, challenging, healthy hot yoga practice linked with breath. It is great for beginners and experienced students and is practiced in a room heated to 40 degrees.

  • This class incorporates all the same aspects as our Hot Flow class, with less intensity! Strengthen, stretch, and relax your entire body in this class. This is a great class for beginners/intermediate practitioners or anyone looking for a more gentle flow. Be prepared to breathe, move, sweat, and to challenge both your body & mind!

  • Awaken your body with this 60 minute hot sunrise class! This class will leave you feeling energized in your body as you connect, move, breathe, and flow. A great way to start your day!

  • Awaken your body with a hot yoga flow! This class will leave you feeling energized in your body as you connect, move, breathe, and flow.  What a great way to start your day.

  • Awaken your body with a mindful hatha practice that is designed to support connectingthe mind, body, and breath through mindful asanas. The sequence is designed to create space and strength in the physical self within each held pose. The practice will be moderate to advanced in difficulty, with modified options for each pose. This class will leave you feeling energized in your body as you connect, move, breathe, and strength. A great way to start your day!

  • ALL LEVELS

    Ignite your Inner Power, Flexibility and, Mental Clarity as you “move to the music” through this vinyasa flow. You will feel energized while building internal heat, increasing stamina, strength and flexibility. Express yourself in this fun, free flowing, yoga class.

  • Turn up the heat with this hot yoga sculpt class by targeting all the muscle groups to strengthen, tone, and scult the body. This dynamic class offers constant movement and focus on isolated muscle groups. The upper body, abs, thighs, glutes, and calves are all activated in the first half of this class. Flow through a few vinyasas and finish with a long, juicy savasana. This class is set to high, energetic music to keep you pumped up.

  • Turn up the heat with this hot yoga sculpt class! For those seeking to incorporate dynamic movement, this core-focused practice blends the elements of vinyasa yoga, functional strength training, and light cardio.

    The outcome: enhanced endurance, flexibility, and mind to body connection.

  • Indulge in a grounding flow practice, taking time to perfect and master various yoga postures. Take pleasure in working out any physical and mental tension within the body and mind. This a warm class and is suitable for people of all levels and abilities

  • This candlelit restorative style yoga class is designed to help you relax in both body and mind. Through various postures and breathing techniques, we will explore how slowing down and connecting more deeply with our body and breath helps us be more present in our lives. This class seeks to help students cultivate inner peace and to feel more grounded and balanced in body and mind.

  • This is a gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga that also uses props to support the body to deepen the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation.

    We highly recommend to bring your props. Feel free to bring blocks, bolsters, pillows or blankets. Whatever you need to get comfy and chill out! We do have props available here at the studio for use.

  • This is just like our Hot Flow class but done at a gentler temperature of 36 degrees.

  • This is warm restorative style yoga class is designed to help you relax in both body and mind. Through various postures and breathing techniques, we will explore how slowing down and connecting more deeply with our body and breath helps us be more present in our lives. Students will receive hands-on reiki and energy work in each posture. This class seeks to help students cultivate inner peace and to feel more grounded and balanced in body and mind.

  • This class incorporates all the same aspects as our Hot Flow class, with less intensity and less heat! Practiced in a gently heated space, strengthen, stretch, and relax your entire body in this class. This is a great class for beginners/intermediate practitioners or anyone looking for a more gentle flow. Get ready to slow it down, wring it all out and get ready for the week ahead.

  • Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

    No Experience required and all levels welcome!

  • Join us for an invigorating 60-minute Body Sculpt class designed to transform your physique and elevate your strength! Utilizing light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls.

    Class Structure:

    Your journey to a redefined body begins with a warm-up to awaken and prepare your muscles, followed by a series of targeted exercises. Each segment of the class is engineered to sculpt and tone specific areas - from your arms, core, and legs, to your back and shoulders. The incorporation of light weights enhances muscle definition, while bands intensify resistance, optimizing strength gain and endurance.

    Pilates balls are seamlessly integrated into the workout to improve stability, focus on core engagement, and enhance the precision of movements. Expect a series of dynamic, flowing exercises that not only bolster muscular strength but also improve flexibility and posture.
