Nicky has always had an interest in health and wellness, understanding from a young age that health is a multi-layered system. Her initial 200hr training was in 2011 mainly focusing on Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Asana. She's been further educating herself through multiple trainings with a trauma and inclusive lens in the forms of Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Strength-based Movement Training and most recently, Yoga Nidra. She strives to always be a student first and a teacher second.
