Lyndsay Arnold | cedar+sage massage

registered massage therapist

Lyndsay spent 18 years growing up here in Collingwood. She was active in her community playing competitive hockey and soccer. She then briefly lived in Peterborough for 6 years. While attending Trent University Lyndsay was introduced to yoga, which helped her cope in a new environment. Lyndsay deepened her yoga practice with Amrita Living Yoga and received her yoga teacher training certificate in 2016. Yoga changed her relationship with body, mind and soul, instilling a perpetual curiosity to facilitate balance within herself. Lyndsay knew that helping others find their balance was what she wanted to turn into a career, leading her to Massage Therapy. Lyndsay graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College’s Massage Therapy program in June 2019 and received her registration with the College of Massage Therapists in October 2019. Lyndsay moved back to Collingwood to start her career. She is relieved to be home and happy to be a part of the community once again. Whether it be facilitating the process of healing from a musculoskeletal injury, helping you achieve your goals of increasing function, managing acute and chronic pain; Or to simply let your body and mind rest, to reconnect, breath and just be. Lyndsay is passionate about understanding your intentions and expectations for massage therapy so that she can effectively help you achieve your wellness goals.
