Jayme Henderson, a graduate with a degree in Kinesiology from Western, pursued further studies in Massage Therapy at the esteemed D’Arcy Lane Institute, where she achieved outstanding academic performance. With a career spanning since 2008, she has consistently enhanced her skill set with various complementary modalities, most notably, advanced TMJ therapy.
In 2012, Jayme successfully completed a 300-hour Yoga teacher training program and obtained the rigorous 70-hour Yoga Tune Up R Level 1 Certification, enabling her to offer self-massage and movement protocols. She has also made significant contributions to education in her field by instructing massage therapy courses at both Georgian College and Trios College.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jayme is an enthusiast of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and stand-up paddling. Nevertheless, her true passion lies in her profession. She is dedicated to her patients, her chosen field, and the well-being of individuals in general.
